या कंपनीने आमच्याकडून सोशल मीडिया आणि जाहिरातींचे काम करून घेतले. मात्र पेमेंटची वेळ येताच त्यांनी कारणे सांगायला सुरुवात केली. एजन्सी बदलून त्यांनी आमचे पेमेंट न देता आम्हाला अडचणीत टाकले. मागील काही महिन्यांपासून आम्ही सातत्याने फॉलो अप करत आहोत, पण ते फक्त कारणेच सांगत आहेत.
सर्व प्रकारच्या प्रमोशन्स आणि इव्हेंट्स चालू असतानाही त्यांनी पेमेंट करण्यास टाळाटाळ केली. आम्ही उर्मिला घुले आणि कमलेश घुले यांच्यावर विश्वास ठेवून हा प्रकल्प केला होता.
आता मात्र ते कोणतीही जबाबदारी घेत नाहीत — फोन उचलत नाहीत, मेसेजला उत्तर देत नाहीत आणि अजूनही पेमेंट केलेले नाही.
This company got social media management and advertising work done from us. However, when the time came to release the payment, they started giving excuses. They changed their agency and left our dues unpaid. We have been continuously following up for several months, but all we receive are reasons and delays.
Despite running various promotions and marketing campaigns, they have continued to avoid clearing the outstanding payment. We accepted this project based on the trust of Urmila Ghule and Kamlesh Ghule.
They are now avoiding responsibility by not answering phone calls, not replying to messages, and still have not cleared the pending payment.
